The Old Testament is not only the story of Israel, it is God's salvation plan through Israel. God has acted in the history of Israel and of the Church powerfully! He has chosen men and women of faith to accomplish His plans and purposes. It is interesting to learn how they responded in faith and in obedience enduring suffering.

Did you know that those we call “Heroes” in the Bible were just common people, but called by God and empowered by Him to do amazing things? What is their background, how were they used by God, what were their struggles and accomplishments? What lessons can we learn from their lives and experiences that we can apply to our lives? Come and join us as we go on a journey and study five Old Testament Heroes: Old Testament Heroes of faith: Joseph, Joshua, Esther, Ezekiel, and Boy Kings of Judah. Were they Heroes? Yes. Humans? Yes. Let’s learn how they responded by faith in the diverse situations of their lives, endured suffering of various kinds.
