God has given us the tremendous priviledge and joy to serve the Knightsbridge community as countless families are severely impacted by COVID-19. We have transformed our Free Food Store into a bi-weekly grocery bag delivery to avoid the large group the Free Food Store usually brings. We have also started a "Shop & Drop" where our volunteers shop & drop off groceries and over-the-counter medication to families in need. This service is completely FREE!
The non-perishable food we use for the bi-weekly grocery bag delivery is supplied by ReGen Brampton. We have been ReGen's partner for many years and both BBC and ReGen appareciate this partnership. However, with the high demand placed on ReGen ministries now as they respond to the pandemic, we are taking up the challenge to supply the goods for the Knightsbridge ministry God has entrusted to us. WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!
We will hold the food drive, the first Sunday of every month from 2pm - 5pm beginning on May 3rd, 2020.
Here is a list of what we need:
1. Canned Tuna
2. Canned or Dry Chick Peas
3. Canned or Dry Black Beans
6. Pasta Sauce
7. Canned veggetables (greens) *NOTE: this is a newly added item
7. Toilet Paper
9. Lysol wipes
You can donate by sharing any extras you have in your cupboard at home, or add these to your next grocery run.
