In a world that encourages leaders to exercise their power and authority to compel others into submission, many in positions of authority find themselves unable to direct others toward a shared vision and purpose. As leaders in our homes, men have the important responsibility of guiding our loved ones to fulfill the purpose God has set out for our families.
During this Men’s Bible Study, we will learn about the kind of Servant Leadership that enables us to become a servant to those we lead by putting their needs ahead of our own.
We will learn from Jesus – the ultimate Servant Leader – about how to inspire and motivate those within our sphere of influence with love, humility, compassion, courage and a servant’s heart. We will learn how to remain committed to the Truth, while also growing in character values that are same as the “Fruit of the Spirit” (Galatians 5:22-23).
