How long I've been at BBC and what I do: I started an internship in 2013, and moved into my director role in 2018. My role is to oversee all audio, visual & lighting components of all 3 of our Sunday services, and provide support to BBC in all things media.
A couple of things you wouldn't know about me: I've been going to BBC for 20 years! Two different times I ran a race with 5000 other runners dressed in Santa suits. I've jumped out of a plane at 11,000ft and snowboarded from the top of Canadian Rockies at 8500ft. I'm obsessed with Star Wars.
A bit about my family: I have the funniest parents and sister on planet earth.
Favourite things to do to relax: Watching movies (usually Star Wars), snowboarding, geeking out on audio/visual gear, and above all spending time with my lovely girlfriend.
Passage of Scripture I am drawn to: Luke 12:22-26 "22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24 Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?"
Hopes and dreams for BBC: To make the gospel as accesible as possible using tech & media.
