Who We Are
The BBC IronMen is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to empowering and deploying men in Christian service to their families, church, community, and the world. We believe that this growth happens through intentional friendships. As “iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another” (Proverbs 27:17 ESV).

Members of the BBC IronMen team are committed to:
The men’s ministry is not just a works and service team, but we are also a group of men praying for one another and building bonds together. As part of the men’s team, we each agree to attend all regularly planned meetings and events, except for when work or important family-related matters prohibit one of us from doing so.

How We're Structured
The men’s ministry team is broken up into two components:
The first is the executive team, which provides direction and vision for the men’s ministry in consultation with the Executive Pastor. Membership is by invitation only as there are limited spots available.
The second is the serving team, which provides practical support for programs and activities as needed, and is open to all men who would like to serve the men and larger body at BBC.
